Delivery and Refund Policy

1. Nature of the service

Unikat Flow provides subscription or pay-per-use access to water dispensers. The service is digital and does not involve shipping goods.

2. Access activation

Access is activated in the Unikat app immediately after payment confirmation.

3. Right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of concluding the contract. If immediate activation was requested and the service has begun, withdrawal is subject to statutory exceptions and completed uses are not refundable.

4. Refunds

Erroneous or duplicate payments and technical service failures are reviewed individually. Completed refills are not refundable.

5. How to request withdrawal or a refund

Email [email protected] with the account email, payment date and reason. We reply within 14 calendar days.

6. Complaints

For alternative dispute resolution, consumers may consult ANPC and the European ODR platform.
