Unikat Flow is a smart hydrogen-enriched water dispenser system installed in gyms and wellness spaces across Romania, accessed through a subscription in the Unikat mobile app.
CEO and co-founder
Casian Paul leads Unikat Flow and is responsible for strategy, the business model, building the team and partnerships. The company started from something he noticed in gyms: single-use plastic consumption is huge, while hydration has remained an ordinary gesture in a digital world. His answer was a refill system with water prepared at every serving, accessed through an app and a QR code, with reusable bottles instead of plastic ones.
Co-founder, operations and production
Alexandru Diaconița is a co-founder and is responsible for the operational and technical side of Unikat Flow. He works directly on the product: designing and improving the dispenser, production, roll-out in locations and process optimisation, alongside partnership development. His approach is pragmatic: execution, product, growth. He is building a system designed from the start to be replicated across many locations, starting in Romania, with technology developed here.
IT development
Răzvan Brinda is responsible for developing and improving the IT solutions of Unikat Flow. He builds the mobile apps and online platforms used by customers and the internal team, and works on connecting the dispensers to the management and monitoring systems, so that every unit can be tracked and managed remotely. He also handles the digitalisation of operational processes, system maintenance and data protection.
Installation and maintenance in gyms
Marius Bîrsan Alexandru handles the installation, commissioning and maintenance of Unikat Flow dispensers in partner gyms. Every unit arrives at the location checked, mounted and ready for daily use. He is directly involved in launching the product in new locations, from preparing and installing the units to verifying their operation and carrying out the interventions needed for a consistent operating standard. He is the link between the product and its actual use in gyms.
